As part of your tyre check, one of our trained technicians will measure the tread depths at various points to help identify any irregular wear that could be causing the tyres to wear out faster than they should. Premature irregular wear can be caused by under or over-inflated tyres, a wheel alignment issue, or worn steering or suspension components.
Our technician will also perform a visual inspection, looking for any signs of damage, such as cuts, bulges, or punctures.
Finally, your tyre pressures will be checked and corrected as needed. Properly inflated tyres ensure optimal fuel efficiency, handling, and braking performance and maximise tyre life by ensuring even tyre wear.
The inspection is free and should take up to 15 minutes. It is time well spent to know your tyres are doing their job and keeping you stuck on the road.
