Expert Car Servicing in Worksop Branch

No two car services are identical. Even when the basic process seems similar, parts quality and workmanship can vary significantly. When you book your vehicle service with our Worksop garage, you can expect a high standard of care every time.

Why Book a Car Service with our Worksop Service Centre?

  • We use manufacturer-approved engine oils for your vehicle. Many garages only use oil that meets the basic requirements.

  • • We fit filters and parts equivalent in quality to the vehicle’s original components. Other garages may only meet the legal minimum.

  • Our full services come with a 12-month engine guarantee*, valid until your next annual service. Most garages don’t offer this peace of mind.

  • We are part of the Castrol Service Network and are approved by Trust-My-Garage, confirming our commitment to exceptional standards.

How Often Should You Service Your Vehicle?

Most vehicles should receive a full service at least once a year. For drivers covering higher mileage, booking an interim service every 6 months can offer significant benefits. Sticking to a regular servicing schedule is key to maintaining safety, peak performance and warranty protection, especially to maintain eligibility for your Castrol engine warranty.

Our Bronze Interim Service features a 21-point inspection, specifically designed for high-mileage vehicles that need more frequent attention between annual services. At Dexel, each of our 30+ vans averages around 20,000 miles a year, so we know from experience just how important interim servicing is. Every van in our fleet is booked in for an interim service every 6 months, on top of their yearly full service.

This bronze-level service also includes engine oil and oil filter renewal, along with checks on essential components and systems.

When it comes to your main annual service, we offer two service levels:

Our Silver Full Service provides a 40-point inspection, which includes engine oil and oil filter renewal, air filter renewal, fluid top-ups and more detailed checks than the Bronze Interim Service.

Our Gold Major Service is the most comprehensive option, offering a 54-point inspection that covers engine oil and oil filter renewal, air filter and pollen/cabin filter renewal, fluid top-ups, air-conditioning system pressure and function checks, a fuel filter inspection and a spark plug check. This service delivers the most in-depth assessment of your vehicle’s key systems and components.

As well as replacing essential fluids and filters to keep your engine running efficiently, routine servicing plays a crucial role in preventative maintenance. It helps detect issues early, often before they turn into expensive repairs.

Car Service Worksop –Frequently Asked Questions

Can you service my electric vehicle (EV)?

Yes. We have IMI-certified technicians qualified to maintain and repair electric and hybrid vehicles. With fewer moving parts than petrol or diesel vehicles, EV servicing can often be more cost-effective. Contact us for details.

Not by default. Each manufacturer has different and often chargeable processes for digital updates. We’re working toward offering this more widely. If you require an update, please speak to your local Worksop centre ahead of your appointment. A small fee may apply.

Absolutely. We have hybrid-certified technicians trained by the IMI. Hybrid servicing includes all standard checks, with added safety procedures for the high-voltage electrical systems. This may add a small extra cost compared to conventional services.

Please bring your car in first thing in the morning. Most services are finished the same day and we’ll call you once it’s ready. If we find any issues that need attention, keeping your car for the full day lets us complete most repairs without delay.

Yes. Our interim, full and major services include a service book stamp. Please leave your book clearly visible on the passenger seat so we can return it stamped and ready once your service is complete.

* The 12-month engine guarantee/warranty is administered by Castrol Limited. As part of the Castrol Service network, having your vehicle serviced at one of our branches may make you eligible for the Castrol engine guarantee, provided eligible Castrol oil is used during the service, and all other eligibility criteria are met. Although we use Castrol oil as standard, this is subject to availability, so customers wishing to rely on the Castrol guarantee eligibility should confirm this with us before their appointment.
