Dexel Tyre Life Guarantee

At Dexel, we believe in delivering all of our customer, “great service with honest advice, at a fair price.”

It is this company ethos that has brought about our Premium Choice brand; delivering excellent value by combining top performance with an affordable price, all backed by a Tyre Life Guarantee.

Tyre Life Guarantee

  • Dexel Tyre & Auto Centre will provide a replacement tyre where any fault develops due to the manufacturing process or materials used
  • Dexel Tyre & Auto Centre will provide a replacement tyre where unrepairable damage is present, resulting from normal road use.
Please note: this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Tyre replacements will be calculated based on the amount of tread depth remaining at the time the damage is assessed by Dexel Tyre & Auto Centre.

How to make a claim

Should the need for a claim arise, all you need to do is take the vehicle back to the branch that originally fitted the tyre. The tyre should still be in place on the vehicle, or with the vehicle if a temporary wheel is fitted for mobility and safety reasons.

The tyres will then be assessed under the terms of the tye life guarantee, taking into account all exclusions.

If the tyre passes this assessment, we will replace the tyre with an equivalent tyre at a discounted price based on the amount of tyre tread remaining, according to the table below.
